We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been published incorrectly, including prices and promotions.

When your order is placed over the website, we will send an order acknowledgement email advising we have received the order to the email address provided.
When placing this order, you agree that all the information is accurate and complete.
Please note; this order acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Order acceptance only takes place when we despatch the order to you and notified by the Despatch Confirmation email.
No contract will therefore exist between you and Melrose Interiors Limited until this point.
Although we hope to be able to supply all items ordered, we reserve the right, not to accept any offer at any time. If we refuse your order we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery timeframes and pricing are stated within our Delivery Policy.
We will endeavour to deliver your order within the specified timeframe notified at point of order.
Occasionally; events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed. In these circumstances we cannot be held liable.
In the event you have not received your order, please allow 7 working days from the date of despatch before contacting us to chase a parcel.
We will endeavour to contact our Courier to investigate and locate your parcel.
Please allow 72 hours to fully investigate.
In the event we are unable to locate your order; we will arrange an immediate replacement.
We will deliver the items to the address specified by you during the order process. If any of the details you have given are incorrect, we accept no liability for any items not received.
Once the item(s) are delivered in accordance with the delivery address provided, the risk and responsibility will be with you.
If the item(s) you have ordered do not arrive within 30 days of placing the order we accept no liability, so far as permitted by law, unless you have contacted us within this period.
Provided that we take the steps outlined above and within our Delivery Policy, we will not be liable for costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your consumer rights entitle you to cancel your order and obtain a full refund.
You must notify us that you would like to cancel the order.
For orders prior to despatch, please email or use the contact form with your order number as soon as possible.
For all orders cancelled after despatch you must follow our returns procedure (see Section 7).
Your legal right to cancel starts from the date the Contract is formed (see Section 4).
This must be done in line with the below requirements.

If you cancel within the timeframes above we will refund you the price you paid for the items; including any applicable delivery charges.
For the avoidance of doubt; if there are multiple items in the order and you only cancel part of that order, we will not refund the delivery charge.
If a discount was applied to your order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
We are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by your use of the Products.
All refunds will be processed as soon as possible and in any event within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the item(s).
We will refund you by the same method of payment you used to place the order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time and issue a full refund.
You may return your order for an exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt. The items must be returned in perfect condition.
Unless the Item is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Item to us. Returns are charged at £4.99 for UK mainland and £6.99 and for remote areas (please refer to our Returns Policy for remote locations). This will be payable at the point of arranging the collections with our Customer Service Department.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns that have not been processed by our nominated courier without the express agreement of our Customer Services Department.
Delivery and collection costs will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods, or the goods are not as described. This will be determined following inspection by our Returns Department.
All refunds will be processed as soon as possible and in any event within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the item(s).
We will refund you by the same method of payment you used to place the order.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the price advised to you is correct.
Despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Items on our Website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Item you have ordered we will contact you and ask you to confirm if you still wish to purchase this at the correct price. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you, we will at our discretion treat the order as cancelled.
We will not be obliged to supply the item(s) at the incorrect price.

All prices quoted are in UK pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.
