Free Deliveries

We offer free delivery for all orders.  If you order before 1pm, we will dispatch your rug to you on the same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an alert by email with the order tracking details. You can expect to receive your rug the next working day for UK mainland orders between 8am – 5:00pm. (excluding bank holidays).

For orders dispatched to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and the UK off-shore islands (including Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and all Scottish Islands) lead times will be longer, typically 48 to 72 hours.
